Our Pet Minnow

My dad went fishing sometime last summer (May? June?) and brought 14 Shiners that he didn't use and filled our aquarium with them. In a month or so, thirteen died, leaving this one. It's now 2009 and he's still here. Crazy.

We think somehow he may have contributed to the death of his 13 siblings, so we're waiting for him to die before we get more. We did however get a sucker fish last week to keep the tank clean, but it mysteriously died after a couple days. hmmm
